To craft a custom disc you need to make a blank disc, to do this you need to smelt an existing music disc, this will get you a blank disc, you can dye this disc with multiple colours,

To make this disc usable you need to make a label as well, to do this you need 4 paper in a diamond, (you can dye the label as well)

Combine these to make a usable custom blank disc
